Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

I am a new user of Lucidspark and so far it has given me what I needed: a great online whiteboard that I use for a team Scrum board. It is super easy to use and very intuitive. I didn’t use any tutorials but was still up and running in 5 minutes. The software has worked great for remote planning and for sharing sprint information with remote members of the team including leadership. I would recommend Lucidspark to anyone who is looking for that kind of collaborative, digital whiteboard, it is exactly what I needed!

  • Editing pre-made templates took me about 3-4 minutes to figure out.
  • Sometimes sticky notes don’t show up when you type (seems like a bug).
  • Alignment on the grid can be a bit difficult.

  • Project clarity.
This product is super easy to get into and use. It is very intuitive and for people familiar with computers and basic software, I think it will be very easy to use. It is SO much easier than Teams whiteboard and other applications I tried. I use it over other programs because it is easy to use.
I can’t speak to this, my organization doesn’t use Slack, Google Drive, or Lucidchart.
The product has performed very well so far. I haven’t used it for a long time, but so far the fact that it is collaborative and shows real-time changes as they are made has provided great value. I haven’t had any issues with reliability and while there are a few bugs I’ve found, they are minor and don’t affect usability or product quality. This is the best software for a shared, easy-to-use whiteboard that I’ve found.
I haven’t had any issues and haven’t needed support for this software, so I can’t speak to this.

I can’t remember the names of the other programs I looked into, there were 3-4 more. Lucidspark is the easiest to use and it is easy to keep clean, resize, edit, and organize. It is built for collaboration and team use where other programs aren’t built with this in mind.
I have used Lucidspark for productivity tracking for sprints (scrum/agile) and it works well for this. I haven’t used it for team brainstorming sessions as frequently, and haven’t used it for team exercises. It is a shared whiteboard that anyone can access, but the whole team doesn’t use it at the same time.
