Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark
It is being used as a collaborative tool across several departments. We use it to brainstorm before transferring the data into our systems to implement. Historically we would gather in a big meeting room/whiteboards but with the pandemic that is not possible and Lucidspark is a good alternative.
- Virtual Post-it Notes.
- Creating sections to organise.
- Ability to draw arrows and annotate.
- Allow several users to interact at once.
- Option to enable collaborators to leave a time-stamp/email id to highlight whose idea it is.
- The browser can get slow, an application might be better suited.
- An ability to highlight the cursor when screen sharing.
- Feature to send to back / bring to front.
- Improved workflow distribution.
- Visual scale on tasks at hand.
- Highlight what all teams have within a time frame.
None of these are currently being used. Our organization uses 3DX and Jira (which did not interface very well with Lucidspark so we had to manually transfer the data).
It worked very well, to begin with, and was seamless. But as the board grew larger, my browser was struggling and was limiting my multi-tasking. Is that a limitation of Google Chrome?
