Overall Satisfaction with M-Files

We use M-Files both for testing and development as a re-seller and also for in house purposes.
  • Search. Much like Google, M-Files has a simple yet robust search function.
  • Workflow. Comes standard with the product.
  • Templates. Configure standardized documents to auto populate with customer specific information.
  • M-Files mobile app. Lacks the ability to create documents or assignments. Very limited.
  • Better customer service.
Of the content management software I have used I believe M-Files is the best for a few reasons. How you are able to tag content by creating your own metadata fields is pretty unique. Getting away from location based document/content retrieval was at first a hard concept to get my head around but it makes for a more seamless experience. M-Files is a framework solution that is very scalable and will impress most people.
We have yet to come across a customer that could find no benefit in using this product.

Using M-Files

I have enjoyed both using and learning M-Files. I truly believe that anyone who is needing a document/content management solution would benefit from this.
