M-Files has been an instrumental tool for our organization to stream line our manufacturing operations, quality control systems and corporate functions. After implementing M-Files, visibility to key information has been moved from a paper system to M-Files which has allowed our company to make real time business decisions.
- The integration of M-Files into our ERP system is very powerful in overlaying our buisness processes on to the functionality of M-Files.
- Customization has also proved to be valuable to our organization as our team demanded a system that could to modified to fit the way we run our business.
- The user interface is good, but as we bring new employees on board it takes time for them to learn the layout and features.
- We have been able to reduce the time our employees handle and process physical paperwork. In one area of our business we have realized a 35% reduction in time required to process documents. This has allowed our employees to focus on strategic activities.
