Employed for managing the quality management system QMS and policy & procedures in the company.

Cons

  • Metadata card: more options on pre-filled data.
  • Workflow designs for in-house applications (does not require a consultant).
  • ROI: below expectations --> negative
  • Positive in the QMS application
  • None so far
Well suited for environments that require document storage whilst still being able to audit the document trail.
