I have not been working in the integration processes. But I've understood it was not any challenge. MS Dynamics and M-Files: CRM customer data provides access to offers, contracts, coaching documents, and other customer-related documents in M-Files. Laura: Documentation related to the applicant data is transferred to M-Files.
