Since the implementation, our CRM and M-Files work together. With few clicks, the CRM customer data provides access to offers, contracts, coaching documents, and other customer-related documents in M-Files without requiring any manual switching between the two systems. We do personal assessments and use a recruitment system as a jobseeker database. Documentation related to the applicant data is transferred to M-Files. We ensure, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, that only people who process personal assessments have access to that sensitive information. The control of user groups and the management of access rights are easily managed in M-Files through automated security settings based on metadata.
