It really depends on what our executives want to use and at the moment Mailchimp is working. It is affordable and efficient and has an easy and accessible platform. I think the Mailchimp brand name and logo is a little kitschy and cute for high level business, but on the other hand it is refreshing to see the playfulness of the brand -- it takes the serious factor and anxiety out of email marketing in my experience.
Yes, I recommend their platform. You need to familiarize yourself with the platform and read through their extensive information on all of their online forums. You need to hunt for answers.
