Overall Satisfaction with Mailchimp

We use this program to email our entire customer database. We alert them of sales as well as send them order confirmation and updates. It helps us directly connect with our customer as we are a drop-shipping company and need to be in contact with the customer from the start of their purchase to the end.

Pros

  • Able to customize send lists.
  • Easy email builder, a beginner can use this.

Cons

  • More in depth analytics
  • We were able to start drop-shipping due to using Mailchimp! Before that it was strictly B2B, but now we can ship B2C! Huge change.

It is great for sending out emails for a small company. This is a great, easy to use software that is a great match for just starting out sending emails. That being said, it is great for experienced users as well. Mailchimp has a fun personality and sense of humor that comes through in their software.
