Overall Satisfaction with Mailchimp
Mailchimp is being used to push out marketing and newsletters to different groups. Allows for better review of incoming leads. Addresses problems such as seeing who is and is not reading the emails
- Templates for creation
- Easy to use
- Good reporting system
- Very difficult to work between Mailchimp and Salesforce
- Little training offered, online does not help
- Sometimes looks like spam since every company is using Mailchimp, so hard to determine what is legit
- Easier to maintain email lists
- Easy templates mean less time fussing
