Overall Satisfaction with Mailtrack
Mailtrack is being used, obviously, as an assistant to track email sendings & readings. I recommended it across the whole organization, and 2-3 colleagues are using it. The app is helping us manage follow up on e-contact with clients, after emailing on certain subjects.
- Sending/reading marks (v) before the sender's name.
- Counting the number of email sendings/readings.
- Calculation of period between sending the message and when it was read.
- Providing info about response of clients on emailing.
- Some dysfunctions between PC and mobile app.
- Basic feature user, so no opinion for full use.
- Provides clarification around email responses of clients.
