Overall Satisfaction with Mailtrack

I am currently using Mailtrack and just started about a month ago. It is very helpful to me to be able to see if my emails are being opened and read. It also notifies me if someone has not opened an email I sent 1 or 2 days ago. I only have the free version but it is very helpful and I hope my company will purchase the professional version soon.
  • Tracks who opens an email.
  • Tracks which emails and who has not opened.
  • Daily report of emails sent, read, opened and unopened is excellent.
  • Only using this for a short period of time I am happy with its features.
  • The receipient of email is more likely to respond when they see they are being tracked.
I have currently not used any other program.
I have not had to contact Mailtrack for any support at this time.
Very easy to use.

During the course of the day, I am sending emails to other staff members to correct issues at their sites. It is very helpful to know when they have read the email and how long of time to correct the issues or respond to my requests. Mailtrack has definitely helped me in my position.
