Overall Satisfaction with Mailtrack

I suggested Mailtrack to my Sales Team so that we can identify hot prospects who open our quotes a lot of times and close the deal with them on priority. Mailtrack helps to filter out serious buyers from the rest. Also, the ability for Mailtrack to give remainders makes sure that we don't lose out on a possible buyer.

  • A separate site where we can have more in-depth analytics.
  • Better support for Gmail for mobile.
  • Closed some very good numbers just because of Mailtrack.
  • MIssed out on a few due to Mailtrack for Gmail Mobile.
Mailtrack for mobile should be provided with better customization.
The support has been good. What I've heard from the Team has been good too. That said, we really don't require any support from Mailtrack, it does its job without any issues!

Mailtrack is well suited for me to prioritize one lead over the other so that revenue comes from the assured buyer. It will be good to set custom Mailtrack reminders. Other Mailtrack users are able to see if I am using Mailtrack. This, if omitted, can work well for business. Mailtrack is awesome and makes my day easy.
