Overall Satisfaction with ManageEngine Endpoint Central
We've been using ManageEngine Endpoint Central (UEM Edition with Security Add-on) for 3+ years now and there's no going back.
As a small team, having all of the tools we need to efficiently manage pretty much every device we own in one place is invaluable.
We use ManageEngine Endpoint Central to deploy, manage and configure clients, to roll out software updates and in-house fixes and to provide remote (in-house) support.

Pros
- Patch deployment both for Windows and Third Party apps is made really easy
- The Software Deployment Templates are amazing
- Customer Service is outstanding
Cons
- It's hard to think of anything I dislike about the product. Every now and again an updated agent rollout will go wrong and I'll have to manually remove and re-add those clients.
- SSP window can't be resized, which can be a little annoying (because you have to scroll to reach the Install buttons).
- As a small business, we couldn't justify the cost of SCCM - Not an issue with ManageEngine Endpoint Central.
- It would be impossible for a small team to do everything without this product that they do with it.
We didn't try any other products - we went straight for ManageEngine Endpoint Central due to the value for money on the features you get.
