Overall Satisfaction with ManageEngine Endpoint Central

ManageEngine Endpoint Central is used to manage the entire estate across my previous organisation (and recommend it everywhere), made it very easy to manage all updates, hardware changes, etc, remote control. Just a one stop shop for everything the standard IT tech needs to manage server and EUD.

Pros

  • Remote Control
  • Software and update deployment
  • Risk Overview

Cons

  • Certain admin functions can be hard to find
  • Use of non-IIS web server makes management of certificates harder
  • Non-MS SQL being the default DB is not ideal
  • Saved huge amount of man hours
  • Allowed us to achieve a more secure environment
  • Allowed us to achieve a more streamlined environment
Inn general things are easy to find, however, some of the more inn depth management functions can be a 'faff' to find.
In general is best all round performer and tends to have multiple tools in one place compared to others.
