Overall Satisfaction with ManageEngine Endpoint Central

We ManageEngine Endpoint Central specifically to apply patches (OS and non-OS)

Pros

  • fast and easy setup
  • Very good documentation
  • easy to use
  • reliable

Cons

  • some features are a bit harder to find
  • sometimes an item to use is one - two clicks to far
  • we spend less time patching our machines now
it's reliable, easy to use and has good documentation (which is important for me) The basic functions are doing what they need without fuss nor frustration.
Tanium is bigger in total functionality, but is far less responsive, reliable and slower. as the agent of Tanium eats CPU and memory it causes other issues as well.

ManageEngine Endpoint Central is well suited for patching, on automated and more "manual" manners, it goes fast and give good feedback in case of an issue.
Giving ManageEngine Endpoint Central explicit higher access on some systems isn't always that save.
