Remote Access Plus makes it easy to manage remote computers and gives the admin the access to figure out issues or to take control. Its really helped with troubleshooting remote workers issues especially the ones that work from home. It is really easy to setup and offers a nice layout view. My self and my team can easily launch it and get into whatever machine we need to within seconds, it really has cut down on troubleshooting times and has created a cost savings by saving time each time we use it.

Its a great tool for anyone troubleshooting issues remotely and you can quickly solve them. Just recently a team member used it for a end user that wasn't even sure what the problem was and it was diagnosed and resolved within minutes saving us a ton of time from just talking on the phone.
