Overall Satisfaction with Marin Software
Marin Software was being used by the Marketing department to manage digital media advertising, including bid management, tracking and account management. It addressed the target cost per acquisition problem with statistical significance.

- We focused on lead and application conversion, so bid management was of essence. After integration backend CRM with frontend conversion data, we were able to bid on quality conversions and have better ROI.
- Marin is a bit pricey, but is definitely worth it in the long run.
I've used Doubleclick Search for bid management and account aggregation, but I prefer Marin as its bid management tool is way better and provides a better ROI. Marin also offers a back-end integration option as well as much better customer service. I felt that our account managers took care of us and helped with our business goals and objectives. They also provided helpful recommendations and met with us on a weekly basis to review our set up and go over any questions. They also provided training. Their contract was month-to-month which is extremely flexible.
Since contract is month-to-month, there is little risk associated with contract renewal. I also enjoyed customer service and the fact that our CRM was integrated to better target our end user and deliver a higher profit to the company, to meet business goals. I believe Marin is one of the leading bid management software tools available on the market.
