Overall Satisfaction with Marketing Solutions by Criteo

I've had experience using Marketing Solutions by Criteo for re-targeting in my previous company, so had the opportunity to utilise again when I moved to my new company. When we first started our audience was still small so we could not re-target but after a while we were able to grow our numbers and retarget. We have worked with both regional scale and local scale account managers, and have run the ad through an ad agency and on our own.

Marketing Solutions by Criteo for Japan it's been a mixed bag. Initially it was great, around 2018 we had a horrible, arrogant account manager in my opinon. The last time we used it in 2021, they had a better account manager. We had a better experience working with them through an ad agency.
It's great when they automatically scrape your jobs, but last time we used it, it had to be done via an Excel sheet.
Marketing Solutions by Criteo is the best at re-targeting, and you can expect more results than Google Ads. The ads would be placed on more decent websites than on Taboola for sure.
