Overall Satisfaction with Mavenlink
We use Mavenlink across every department of our organization. We use it for scheduling, billing, time tracking, capacity management, client communications, among other things. It's a real beast of a tool that really does solve a lot of problems which we were previously solving using several different pieces of software, all of which were not terribly great at communicating together.

For holistic project management and finance, Mavenlink blows these competitors out of the water, at least that was the case when we made the switch, though I'm sure both programs have been continuing to improve. As far as time tracking, Mavenlink is so much faster and easier than Workamajig, particularly the way we schedule out time and incorporate that into timesheet tracking.
