Overall Satisfaction with MediaValet

Send and share materials among all divisions of the company. Materials are also shared to customers and suppliers. It helps us to keep control over who has access to which folders and files, so that we can put restrictions on users who should not have access to all the information.

Another aspect that helps us a lot is the conversion of files, being able to download them in high resolution in different formats like PDF, JPEG, PNG, TIFF, etc.

They really are very different platforms. MediaValet offers much more control over who has access to files and how they are downloaded, as well as offering conversions of some files such as JPEG to PNG or TIFF. Also, through user profiles, you can grant access to a specific path to some users and not others, so it has a lot of customization. The other platforms are just for storage and sharing but there is no user control.

Share files within a company or to customers and suppliers. User friendly for PCs and Macs. You can create special preset sections of files to share, like a playlist, so you don't have to make folders with duplicate files.Not suitable for mobile-only or tablet environments, as support for these platforms is very limited.

Using MediaValet

50 - Some of the profiles are users and others are administrators. It is normally used within the marketing team to share files to the different areas of the company that require it. We have offices and properties in different countries (USA, Latin America, Europe), so this platform makes it much easier.
15 - We have a team of approximately 15 people who are constantly uploading and updating files on the platform, including graphic designers and executives, managers and coordinators. It is also used to approve new users who join our company's MediaValet.We also use on a daily basis to send files by mail to third parties without the need to have an account.

It is not only likely, but we have been doing it for more than 6 years. We have even had the service since before I joined the company. The service works well for me and I hope that this service will continue to be renewed next year, as not having it would make my job more complicated.
