Meltwater Buzz is used in my agency as a social listening tool for the Digital Strategy Team. The capabilities of this platform allow us to analyze earned conversations for new business pitches, conduct competitive tracking, and build reports based on social conversation across a variety of social platforms. Meltwater is constantly updating their platform to compete with other CRM tools.

Meltwater is great for an internal social listening tool and very cost efficient but with the cheaper cost comes less features and slower optimization.
