MessageBird is a tool that helps us to contact and respond to WhatsApp messages from both sales and collection clients. It helps us serve a large number of clients who want to contact us through a written means other than email. In addition, with automation tools, we can assign known clients to our executives who are already serving those clients.

Regarding WhatsApp Business, it is a very useful tool because templates can be programmed for the entire organization and clients can also be referred to other users in order to decongest an agent who can become quite busy.
