Overall Satisfaction with Meta Business Manager

Meta Business Manager has been helpful for our small business in many ways. In this day and age, the social media advertising and marketing is a must. With Meta Business Manager we have been able to better manage those aspects as well as more business information and details to better help patients and customers find us.

  • Facebook/Meta Business Manager constantly updates things and changes location of information making it hard to find things at times
  • Wish they would stop changing where things are found on the platform
  • Sometimes it is overwhelming and difficult to navigate

Meta Business Manager is an 8 out of 10 at this time, other than frequent updates making it hard to find certain things the platform has been very helpful for out small business to manage marketing campaigns as well as gauge the success of those campaigns as well. Without this platform it would be very time consuming to accomplish all it does.
Meta Business Manager is far superior to Adobe Campaign. As mentioned before Meta Business Manager allows businesses of all size to better manage social media marketing campaigns and quickly evaluate the success of those campaigns. Without this platform one would have to spend a great deal more time analyzing multiple marketing campaigns.
