Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Microsoft 365 Business is used by our whole organization. We use Microsoft 365 Business to keep in touch, share projects, and help build our business better. Some business problems it has solved for us is online file storage and sharing for when some employees are out of the office or those remote workers they still can access and share documents and files.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Protects against external threats.
Collaboration with flexible tools for on the go.
Online file storage and sharing for remote or on-the-go workers.

Cons

Sometimes device management is a little slow in setting up.
Lower rates even though the rate is pretty reasonable.
Nothing else I can think of!

Return on Investment

Remote workers stay connected
Ease of file sharing for traveling employees.
Easy setup and managing of users

Alternatives Considered

Skype for Business (formerly Lync)

We use both software programs because both have great advantages. We use them together at times as well.

Performance

I haven't had any issues with Microsoft 365 Business when collaborating or integrating with other software.

Usability

It's a great software with ease of use, integration friendly, and easy file sharing.

Likelihood to Recommend

Microsoft 365 Business is well-suited for ease of access with 24/7 customer support whether you're in the office or on the road. File sharing and communication are key when maintaining a business and Microsoft 365 Business allows you to do that.
