Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft 365 Business
We use Outlook, and other Microsoft programs to keep our business running. Outlook is user-friendly and setting up meetings using the calendar is easy both within the company and outside the company. We use Microsoft 365 throughout the whole organization.
- Easy to use.
- The email has lots of storage room.
- Sharepoint with editing documents is awesome.
- Cost for license is high.
- We used to have the programs that came with Office, but then switched to the plans that didn't include it due to cost and purchased Office separately.
- It provides our business essentials all in one price.
We selected 365 due to cost, effectiveness, ease of use, and because it works well on PCs.
