Use Cases and Deployment Scope

In our organization, we leverage Microsoft 365 Business Premium to enhance collaboration across all departments. With Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint, our Marketing team can collaborate seamlessly with Subject Matter Experts, reviewers and translation teams. We can choose what level of access we'd like to give to various contributors to Marketing work which is really helpful.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Remote access - mobile and desktop
Collaboration - add various reviewers and control edit vs. comment ability
Organisation - keep track of where the 'latest version' is at all times

Cons

Improve ability to share with external vendors/ partners/ contractors
Make it easier to set up Teams channels to discuss work while in collaboration mode
Better integration Adobe Workfront and Teams/One drive would really streamline our processes

Estimate that we save at least an hour per project on file management

Usability

The seamless integration between applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive enhances productivity by allowing users to switch between tasks without losing context. There is a bit of a learning curve and it can be challenging to share files with people outside your organisation, particularly vendors who work with Google Drive, Google docs, etc.
