Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Azure

Microsoft Azure is one of the best IaaS cloud platforms that we have used ever. You can quickly set up most Windows server applications with a high availability. My experience with Azure is overall good and would definitely recommend this to others. Microsoft has a very responsible customer support.
  • Responsible customer support
  • The web apps work fairly well
  • Offers easier creation of hybrid clouds
  • Availability of so many services
  • A lot of features on beta tests
  • Interface still feels overly complicated
  • No other issues was identified
  • Reduce costs
  • Resources management
  • High availability
  • Management of risks
Microsoft Azure is one of the easiest clouds to get up and running. Very intuitive interfaces, very intuitive dashboards and very detailed and useful reports. Easy to deploy and manage. Very good functionalities. Can monitor infrastructure resource usage through such management tools as Amazon CloudWatch, AWS Cloudtrail for tracking user activity and API usage.
Microsoft offer very good support. Very quick an efficient response. Good solutions offered. Microsoft support deliver the best possible service. And in case you want to speak to an actual human being, Microsoft has 10 worldwide call centers. Microsoft has also improved the Virtual Assistant, enabling it to handle many of the general questions.
There are some impressive backup solutions. The mode of which you can spool up new websites, databases, or even entire virtual machines is incredible. You can do in minutes what would take you hours to do on site. The price is good. The support is excellent. It is very user friendly and provides user friendly options.
Microsoft Azure is very scalable. Azure is a great platform to build something new on. We really like all the troubleshooting and diagnostics tools. We also like the flexibility as well as support. Microsoft Azure covers all the same ground through four categories it calls Compute, Storage and Content Delivery, Database, and Networking.
