Microsoft Dynamics 365 helps in a great way to manage leads in such an effective manner that a salesperson/account manager can easily manage his funnel and very easily work on his leads and opportunities and not only that it helps to take the follow-ups and the way to take the follow-ups well which saves times and efforts of the person who is working on the same. its a must have tool for every business
