Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Dynamics GP

Used by the entire organization as the principal accounting and reporting system.
  • SQL database back-end
  • It is stable
  • There is a wide range of small to medium sized business users and support network
  • It is more user friendly than some top tier ERP systems
  • Cost center tracking
  • Financial reporting system
  • Cloud functionality
  • Cost effective
  • Can automate mass transaction imports
  • Training for new users does not have to be time consuming
  • Financial reporting is very limited and the new Management Reporting application is very problematic and inefficient
  • SAP, Oracle and Blackbaud
More user friendly in certain areas and much more cost effective to manage and support
Microsoft Dynamics GP is suited for small and select medium sized businesses with cost sensitivities. It is not ideal for industries that require cost center tracking.
