In our organization, Microsoft Entra ID serves as a security backbone when it comes to IAM management. From Securing access to resources, managing user identities or for login authentication process for any project, Microsoft Entra ID protects us from security breaches or unauthorized access. It is like the digital security guard that helps to keep a vigil watch on our digital infrastructure and enables when and how people or users should get access to our systems or remote projects.

As our teams work in an Hybrid environment, we have identities managed on Cloud deployment, with a sub-set of identities on premises using AD. Most of the user accounts are cloud based to ensure users have access to our resources from all over the world. We have implemented conditional access policies to manage distribution of resources based on the role of employees.

Yes to some extent. We have configured SSO for our non-microsoft apps to provide easy and secure access. We also manage many apps like Salesforce, Slack and some of our internal build software with SAML or 0Auth.
