Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Entra ID

In our company, the main use we give to Microsoft Entra ID is for the configuration, automation and management of each of the access keys in order to maintain privacy and improve the general security in the login of the services we use in the cloud. We have many platforms that we use in the cloud, so with this platform we can incorporate an easy access key so that each employee saves time when logging in and can be productive without wasting so much time or worrying about secure login.

Pros

  • I love the easy implementation that Microsoft Entra ID has on cloud platforms, I can configure an access key and manage each of the keys and accounts created for each cloud platform in very few steps.
  • Microsoft Entra ID provides me with a diagram where I can see the security gaps that exist in each user of if any data from the access keys has been leaked, this allows me to have very generalized security.
  • It's amazing how I can manage all my keys in a central area thanks to this platform, it allows me to control all my identities on the various platforms I use.

Cons

  • Microsoft Entra ID can turn out to be quite expensive softawre. This Azure software has prices that are a bit high for small businesses, which means that these companies cannot manage keys in the cloud.
  • An MFA login auth cannot be performed if the device does not have an internet connection, which makes accessing different accounts a bit complicated if you do not have a device to validate this login.
  • We manage to protect the keys used for our project platforms, financial platforms and cloud database platforms.
  • We managed to detect the risks in each login and this allowed efficient use of each of the platforms.
  • Storing new security keys has never been easier, we have no limits to the keys we can store, this was very good for us.
We have used Microsoft Entra ID to secure the Salesforce platform where we have data in the cloud that is quite essential for our company.

Without a doubt, I would recommend this software to any company that requires access key management. It is an easy to use, efficient platform that allows you to manage several access keys for an entire work team and even for an entire company. Also, it has a system that allows detecting login risks for each user. Microsoft Entra ID is the best platform to consider to take care of your access keys and maintain privacy in the information of various cloud platforms.
