Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Entra ID

Primarily it's an identity provider.

Pros

  • Ease of use, simple to understand.

Cons

  • My biggest pain point at the moment is with regards to permissions on Entra ID roles.
We have an identity on-prem and we sync to the cloud as well.
