Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Entra ID

To create New users in Ad and Exchange.Mail ,meetings and login using one password. MFA using same for more securiy add in so unauthorized user can not login without permission of mail or any application owner. access data from any time and any where just required internet connection for same.

  • unable to use take control feature while login teams in browser instead of teams application
  • need to improve outlook to attach pst option is not available in new outlook
  • sometimes document shared using sharepoint create issue with permission

Both identities i have. Just need to sync on premises with cloud using Azure AD Connect.and need to add dns for domain configuration. Like Aname, Cname and mx record for cloud sync with domain name. Hybrid deployment is at our company's promises.single login credential for both so easy for password management.
Microsoft O365 Exchange is there and also On cloud VM we are using for 24 hr monitoring and application. Office 365 applications like teams,word , excel, powerpoint , ondrive share point etc
Yes, some positive changes at user experiences are availability of data regardless of location and device, MFA and negative impact users interact with their applications and manage their credentials, leading to some initial disruptions. and Single Sign-On (SSO) and self-service password reset.
User experience (user friendly) is easy then google workspace.Licensing cost management also easier then google platform. SSO and MFA work much better and easier then GCP. Integration with third party software we can do using online video learning in Intra id. apps are work great at both end but user end microsoft intra id much easier then others

If you change any rules or roles it will take long time to reflect it in user end.like if i changed any users details in Microsoft Entra ID it will minimum take 24hours to reflect changes any thing that is more imp and if we want to change immediately .its not possible.
