Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Entra ID

We have a user who use Azure and we use AD Connect to synchronize our on-prem ad to Entra ID. So that's what we are doing.

Pros

  • Authentication, I mean it gives an option for multifactor. It allows users to log in also using ADFS, so it's just authentication software.

Cons

  • More integration with active directory on-Prem. That's what we are asking for.
  • It's more positive because we can use Entra ID for external users.
We are hybrid, so we use active directory on-Prem. So we also use Entra ID on the cloud.
