Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Entra ID
I use it to manage our staff access. I also access to endpoints, devices, on and off boarding. We utilize it for that. I mean anything within our organization that has to do with Azure we use.
Pros
- Well definitely the onboarding offboarding, we utilize it for that. Checking staff accounts, if there's any issues as far as a staff has issues with say authentication, I can go in access, whether they have a phone number that needs to be changed, I can go in and update their phone number, reset passwords, those sort of things.
Cons
- I would say all the groups accounts, there's so many groups, accounts that we have to create, but there's a way they can minimize that process. For instance, if I'm going to off board somebody, those groups accounts are not automatically off board. I have to individually go to all those groups accounts and individually deactivate or disable those groups accounts. So that's something I would like for them to improve on.
- I mean, since I've been there, I haven't encountered.
That I don't handle, so I wouldn't know how to answer that area.
