Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Entra ID

Just helping us manage our identity, securing our identities, and staying on top of it. It's a great tool to easily address all of those issues and it gives great insight on what's going on. We have security risks or whatever for identities. Being able to get in and troubleshoot and triage that, especially being a smaller business and not having a large IT firm, it really makes it easier when the tools do a lot of the work for you.

Pros

  • Same thing, just aggregating the information up as easily as possible to make it simple for small businesses.

Cons

  • I really don't have any complaints. I think the product is doing well. I haven't ran any snags that were a problem.
  • Return on investment is just, we've had great projects, migrating customers, brought in a lot of revenue to our partner organization, the Microsoft, we're an exclusive Microsoft partner and all the while it's not hitting the customer in the wallet because they're actually saving millions of dollars and the savings pay for all of the services as well as the Microsoft partner programs pay for the services to get them there. So it just makes all the sense in the world.
We're totally born in the cloud company, so all on the cloud. I didn't do the deployment, so I really can't and I just wanted its features.
We do for customers. We don't have any non-Microsoft apps internally.
All Microsoft apps. Again, I don't have any external SaaS apps.
Yeah, it's a lot of great features that help customers self-service their passwords and their MFA and all that stuff. So there's a lot of great features there that help them out.
We're Microsoft dedicated. We do however, displace other products that do similar things, so a lot of third party products, so even like Okta. In my opinion, it's just equally as powerful or more powerful of a product and it has a way better price point for customers. I think Microsoft's doing great justification in that regard too, for that as a partner, it's fantastic for us because we get to migrate customers and save them millions of dollars a year. So the customers are really happy about it. They love those savings.

For us. We manage all of our identities in it, so I think it is the go-to identity tool in the industry. It's the successor of Active Directory, which was the primary tool for all of business for the longest time. And I think it's just naturally where businesses are going to go. So we like to eat our own dog food and stay in the products. That keeps us happy. Business.

Using Microsoft Entra ID

I've never had any issues with other just well architected and customers love it. We love it, we love implementing it.
