Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Excel

We use Microsoft Excel to help build out data, interpret and analyze data, and present this information in a helpful way to our users. Microsoft Excel is a good tool to help with large amounts of data as it can easily be adjusted and formatted to fit your specific needs.

I find that Microsoft Excel ranks higher than Microsoft Powerpoint because of it's ability to handle large amounts of data the fact that it has keys tools to helps streamline information. It does however not have the same capabilities as Microsoft Powerpoint when it comes to presenting this information in an informative and energetic manner.

When analyzing large amounts of data, specifically how it related to putting together financials statements, Microsoft Excel is well suited to handle large data and be able to organize and format according to our specific needs. Microsoft Excel would not be as useful as Microsoft Powerpoint when putting together transitional slides for presentation, which could be used in conjunction with Microsoft Excel.
