Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Exchange

Microsoft Exchange has been the dominant email application that most companies use across the board. It is beautiful, user-friendly, and brings so much collaboration to each staff member in the organization. It is the one stop shop for email, calendar, contact, and sharing of data. With so much potential for other application integrations, the only limit is based on the company, not with Microsoft. With all their special pricing they give out to non-profit or to the education sector, it is no wonder that they shine across the globe.

I was hired into a department where basic email functionality was non-existent. Simple requests to have a staff member see another staffs member's calendar was not fathomable. They used to print out their calendars and pass them out to the staff every Monday. This was crazy! Microsoft Exchange fixed this problem and so many others after it was implemented in the organization. Now it is one application that I must say, cannot be lived without. It is an absolute necessity.
