Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Planner

Used across the whole organization to keep work tasks up to date and inform others of what one is looking for. Both between departments and intra-departmentally, Microsoft Planner was used to keep teams synchronized and up-to-date on tasks that needed completing. LIke access to see others to-do lists, can be a bit complicated/jumbled for those who are computer-challenged.
  • Tracks
  • Adjusts
  • Informs
  • Displays
  • Tasks
  • Need lots to login.
  • Clunky UI interface.
  • Expensive, used only by large orgs.
  • Helped plan.
  • Large organizational goals.
  • Add people as needed.
  • Central check in point.
  • Increased efficiency!
  • Allows communication.
  • Con: another app to check.
Planner, tho its user interface could be improved, was leaps and bounds better than TYA suite. Their user interface is difficult for many at our job site to use, especially the older generation. The decision to bring it in was largely a corporate decision. Individuals likely have little control over whether or not to use this service.

Do you think Microsoft Planner delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Microsoft Planner's feature set?

No

Did Microsoft Planner live up to sales and marketing promises?

No

Did implementation of Microsoft Planner go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Microsoft Planner again?

Yes

keeping a team on task for one cohesive project would be its best use. workers who work on different aspects of a project likely will have little use for this product. Though it is nice to be able to see what others are working on, this may add to the 'clunkiness' of the user interface.

It's not up to me, but if it were, I would not recommend using this. It is another work productivity app, which, while it has its benefits, can actually detract instead of enhance work productivity.
