Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow)
I have used MPA to make the business processes easier and streamlined (email generation based on task status, document migration from email to SharePoint, etc.). It removes a lot of manual labor from task management and mass communication across a team. I have been able to reduce time spent on remedial projects or tasks.

MPA is great because it is very easy to learn and doesn't require much technical knowledge. It's easy to roll out across an organization and it makes business functions more robust. It has been great for use within small teams and in our entire organization.
