Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Power BI
Power BI is used across departments. The IT department checks all the helpdesk incoming calls/emails.The web analytics have dashboards for customer searches and location. The sales department reports on profit and forecasting.

- A better way to set up relationships between tables, such as allowing secondary relationships to be active
Power BI is easier to use than other BI tools. It can be connected to several sources and it can import your own local sources. The data manipulation is very simple and to build a dashboard is even easier. The language used is DAX, but you can import file from R or Python.
