Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Power BI
Microsoft Power BI Is the standard tool for the performance review and is used with daily, weekly and monthly frequency. It is extremely useful to show the main kpi and standardize among different geographies and the way that performance are monitored and results are tracked. It allows segregation of information at different level, allowing specific users to have access to limited information, it is also useful when it comes to report sharing and contribution. Another great value of the tool is the possibility to select the level of details desired, like in a timeframe select year, quarter, month, week, day or shift
Pros
- Display of summarised data for performance review
- Collaboration and comments on specific dashboard
- Authentication on Different levels
- Selection of different level of details

- Summarize with ai is not working on underlying data
- Bug reporting for admin
- Reduction of wasted time by managers in preparation of reports
- Improvement of performances thanks to trends tracking
- New idea of improvement thanks to insights from data analysis
