Great tool for data visualisation and reporting

Because I think that overall the tool is extremely well designed in both parts of connection to database and graphical dashboard preparation. When it comes to database connection the interface is clear, tables are visualised and it is easy to understand how the different tables are connected. Dashboard preparation is complete with many features and customisation is available with huge number of options. Integration into Microsoft world is well done and collaboration such as email notification, teams messages, action tracking, comment and tags is really well done and working fine, this allows a seamless flow of work and great usability by the users which get easily familiarised with visualization. Additionally, the tool can be used with different level of permit depending in the role of the sugar crm user, this enable the possibility to have general manager to access each and every site, but maybe not accessing the detail, while having shift leader of one specific site which can access all the details of his site but is not accessing information of other sites

For multi site companies, this tool is extremely helpful in standardisation of performance review, especially if the source of the data is an ERP or generally speaking of there is one single source of truth for the data. This can simplify the way management is comparing the performance of different sites. Additionally, if more details are available is possible to link other report pages available as action triggered by selecting buttons
