Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Visio
We use Microsoft Visio to design all our processes and present it in a clear and concise format for both internal and external stakeholders. This tool is incredibly useful and definitely worth more than the cost.
Pros
- Visio is very easy to use for people of all skill levels
- The ability to build and present complicated diagrams in a simplified format
- Cost effective with little to no comparative competition in this space
Cons
- More options for shapes and colours
- Collaboration could be easier
- Better FAQ and training documents would be better
- The simplicity to use Visio has given us the ability to quickly and easily design our Food Safety processes
- Speed and ease and been of significant value compared to other tools available
- Minimal training required for staff
