Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Visio
I use Visio to create flow charts of business processes and org charts. Visio is a wonderfully easy-to-use industry-standard tool.

- Very little learning curve.
Visio is easier to use however a smart draw is a wonderful tool with some unique libraries. Visio, however, is a little easier to license, install and manage.
