Overall Satisfaction with Mimecast Advanced Email Security

We have customers all around the world, some of them in developing countries that have badly configured mail servers. We need a system that gives us peace of mind that no bad actors reach our employees and that our mailboxes stay safe and secure.

The UI really has a lot of room for improvement. We had to ask Mimecast Advanced Email Security several times for help because the MSP didn’t return our mails or calls :/
It was really easy to set up. We didn’t even have the managed integration but they still helped us at every step of the way! I am really happy with that. You just need to know what you want and a good idea of your current infrastructure and mail flow, including all system mail etc.

The anti virus is amazing. It works flawlessly and none of our test mails went through.
it even scans QR codes and the URL rewriting protects us from URLs that might become bad in the future.

They were helpful. Just normal support. They’re knowledgeable and got me timely answers to my questions. I think other companies (Broadcom) should take a look at how Mimecast Advanced Email Security handles it
