Our company manages a large number of mobile devices (primarily Android) in difficult areas of the world with limited connectivity and poor technical capacity. Miradore allows us to effectively manage, secure, and maintain our fleet of devices without having a consistent physical IT presence. We've found Miradore to be a robust, flexible, and cost-effective tool. The MDM space is crowded with many options. What sets Miradore apart is its business model and responsive support.

Miradore is particularly well suited for our organizational approach which is centered around a large number of independent projects that have their own unique technical, management, and financial needs. Miradore excels at its core function (MDM) and allows us to accommodate a range of project needs. For example, each project has its own Miradore portal that can be managed independently. However, IT management has visibility into all portals.

My agency uses Miradore for mobile device management of all of our company-owned iPhones and iPads, for control over software, settings, etc., and for location-tracking in the case of loss.

Miradore works great for us because it allows our agency to easily and remotely manage all of our iPhones and iPads, including pushing software updates, apps, restrictions, location-tracking, and so forth. It nearly eliminates the need to "put hands on" devices as frequently as I would otherwise need to do as our IT Liaison. Our IT vendor, with their own login credentials, is able to manage our devices or assist me with issues. Customer Support from Miradore has been stellar the entire three years we have had an account. Our IT vendor selected/recommended Miradore for us out of a variety of options, and found them to be the best fit considering price, features, and support; I would have to say they made an excellent choice!

Miradore was a pleasant surprise as an MDM solution for our corporate smartphones. It is perfect as a manager for our mobile devices to monitor, manage and protect all devices remotely and always ensure the best hardware performance free of virtual threats and non-productive software. We started testing the free version a couple of years ago and after our management approved it we migrated to the premium version which is very cheap and costs less than $3 per device to always keep it secure and remotely manageable.

MDM Miradore is used by all employees who have borrowed corporate devices for work. I have it on my iPad tablet and my Android smartphone. Miradore was perfect for us to create our network access control policy using corporate and personal devices using BYOD (Bring your own device). We have absolute control of all devices with means of notification push, lock, alarm and data theft protection. We have already used the device location function that was stolen a few times and we can easily track it down and recover it with the help of the Police. Miradore software has improved our experience and corporate security through the electronic devices connected to our network which was previously a serious problem and security breach with loss of data, money and employee productivity.

We are using Miradore online company wide for BYOD mobile devices and company phones. It is primary MDM for BYOD devices. We enroll devices for security compliance and email setup.
  • Easy to manage devices online.
  • Easy to enroll devices.
  • Free version still does not have full functionalities for Android non-Samsung devices, can not push email.
  • Can enroll Google Pixel, but can not push security policy as well now, like pin.
Miradore is well suited for BYOD environment as it has the ability to push email with the free version and remove email/selective wipe which is only available with paid options on other MDMs.
Miradore does not work well for non-Samsung Android devices . Also with new OS versions it takes time for Miradore updates to properly enroll/manage devices.
