Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Less than 500 endpoints and end users. Phishing and targeted email attacks had increased leading up to 2020. See this, we needed a better solution. A security consultant recommended Mimecast and we implemented it as soon as possible. The back end was robust and straightforward for the admins, while the protections for links has kept quite a few 'risky clickers' from getting into trouble.

Usability

Works well and is priced accordingly. Usability is highly impacted based upon the internal company environment. If there was no in house IT admin, then this would not be a viable solution for a layman to implement on their own.
