Overall Satisfaction with MindJet MindManager
I'm using MindJet MindManager in my department to capture meeting notes and assign action items and keep track of tasks. I also use it to create team structures and assign roles and responsibilities. It helps us keep the focus on items to discuss and is also useful for requirements gathering.
Pros
- Help create hierarchical tasks.
- Easy and traceable action items to team members.
- Ability to create high level and detailed requirements.
- Assign priorities to tasks.
Cons
- Move tasks around easily.
- Copy and paste pictures etc., to make it more interactive.
- Import clipart.
- Create better hierarchies and ability to add notes missing.

Used email; and other office products, but MindJet Mind manager is by far the most efficient mind mapper I have used. It helps nail thoughts to actions to deliverable all in one place. I would make this mandatory for every workplace. I have seen productivity increase at-least 5 fold with the usage of this tool.
