I use Mindmeister in my whole organization for mind mapping complex processes, functionality, features and contact information over different departments.

- Really good free version, a fair pricing structure in general for what you get.
- Offers a quick and easy way to visually organize topics by content area
- Mindmeister could have more templates.
- Limits functionality by requiring purchase for some features

I really like the Mindmeister interface. Clean, beautiful and organized. One of the factors that made me choose Mindmeiter was the direct integration with MeisterTask. It is absolutely amazing to delegate tasks to your team directly through the mind map.
