Overall Satisfaction with Miro

In my area, we use the Miro board every day. We use it to share our plans for the next fortnight, we update it every day to show how these plans are progressing and we use it to facilitate a feedback session at the end of these two weeks. We also have a board where we can create mind maps and mind dumps of any ideas we have.
  • Provides a platform where we can interact with one another while situated throughout the country.
  • It makes feedback sessions easier as everyone can see each other's comments and the facilitator can go through them.
  • It's a centralised board where we can plot our ideas and the rest of the team can see them and add their own insights.
  • The zoom feature could be improved. It often freezes and I'll click it and my screen has zoomed way out or way in and I need to find where I was again on the board.
  • Increased productivity
  • Fluidity when working as part of a large team
I think it took a little getting used to and can be a bit "clunky" at times as it freezes often, however, once you get the hang of it, it's very easy to use.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Being part of a team that is dotted all across Britain, Miro is well suited as a communal workspace as it allows us all to share our work and provide updates, with visuals if necessary, and feedback without having to be in the same office. I can't think of a scenario when it would be inappropriate in my line of work.
